Peter Jepson, aged 64 years, died at 1 o'clock Wednesday morning at his home, 1237 Camanche avenue, following a lingering illness with a complication of diseases.

Mr. Jepson was born in Schleswig Germany in 1852. In 1881 he came to America, and directly to Clinton, where he made his home.

Surviving him are his wife, three daughters, and a son. They are Mrs. F. A. Schell, Kathryn, Dora and Andrew Jepson, of Clinton. A sister, Mrs. Peter Ries of DeWitt, also mourns his death.

The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at the home with the Rev. F. H. Burrell officiating. Burial will be made in Springdale.
