Mrs. Martha Green, colored, aged 81 years died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jennie Martin, 422 Elm street at 7:30 this morning, after a lingering illness due to complications of diseases and the infirmities of old age.

The deceased was born in Charleston, S. Dak., and has lived in Clinton for twenty-two years. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Martin.

The funeral arrangements have not been completed as yet.

The funeral of Mrs. Martha Greenlee will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Second Baptist church on Elm street. Reverend Nott will officiate and burial will be in Springdale cemetery. Friends will please omit flowers.
