Mrs. Bertel Hansen, a resident of Clinton for over 20 years, died at her home at 407 North Fourth street, at 6:15 this morning from a complication of diseases.

Mrs. Hansen was born in Denmark on March 22, 1849. She came to this county in 1881, moving to Clinton after living for several years in Chicago. She was married here in 1883, and lived in Clinton until the time of her death. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. J. Peterson and Mrs. B. Hulk, of Portland, Me.; one son, Harluf, of this city, and her husband. One son passed away on August 7, 1906.

The funeral will be held Friday from the home at 2 p.m. with services in charge of Rev. Gotke.
