Mrs. Medessa Glanton passed away at her home, 845 11th avenue, yesterday at 11:15, after an illness of a few days' duration.

The deceased was born in Georgia 85 years ago. Those left to mourn her are: Three sons, Thomas, Major and Louis of this city; and three daughters, Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Douglas and Mrs. Stwart of this city.

Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.

Funeral services for the late Mrs. Medessa Glanton will be held tomorrow afternoon at the late home at 1:30 and at the African Methodist Episcopal church at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. W. W. Williams will officiate. Interment will be in Springdale cemetery.

Funeral services for the late Mrs. Glandon were held at the African Methodist Episcopal church this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Rev. W. W. Williams officiated. Interment was in Springdale cemetery.
