Low Moor, Iowa, Jan. 26 -- The funeral services for the late George Pearson were held this morning at the M.E. church with interment in the Cousins cemetery north of town.

A large crowd of relatives, neighbors and friends were present to pay their last respects to the departed.

Mr. Pearson was one of the oldest settlers in this part of the country. The following gentlemen, all members of the Woodman lodge of which deceased was a member, acted as pall bearers: Delos Wiley, H. L. Ballard, George Fatchett, David Beer and Chas. Healess.
