Husband of Former Clintonian Dies
Louis Mellinger, 56, of Moline, Ill., died recently in Iowa City after several months illness. He was married to Hatie Kline of Clinton, April 28, 1951.
He was born Aug 12, 1900 in Keithsburg, Ill., the son of Robert Amelia Mellinger. Surviving are his wife, four sisters and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Moline and burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park.
