Georgia W. Taylor, 80, of Clinton, died Tuesday at Samaritan Hospital North, Clinton. The body was donated to the University of Iowa for study. Delaney-Vulich Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements.

She was employed at many different factories and restaurants.

Georgia Hendricks was married to Ray Orte in 1931. She married James "Delbert" Taylor in 1941.

Survivors include her husband; daughters, Grace Volguardsen [sic] and Georana [sic] Craig, both of Clinton; sons, Marvin Orte, Iowa City; and James Taylor Jr., Clinton; 19 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-granchildren; and sisters, Eve Tomman, Mission, Texas; Betty Hulten, Austin, Texas; and Dorothy Buikema, Clinton.
