WILLIAM JOHNSON DIES IN CLINTON HOSPITAL

CLINTON, Ia. -- William Johnson, 79, retired Almont farmer and stock raiser, died Monday in Jane Lamb Hospital. His body is in the Shadduck funeral home, awaiting funeral plans.

Mr. Johnson was born in Lyons July 22, 1875, son of Mr. and Mrs. Moses Johnson and spent many years on his farm. He never married. A brother, John W. Johnson, Almont, and several nieces and nephews survive.
