Death of Mrs. Rice.
Mrs. Sarah A. Rice, one of the pioneer residents of Lyons, died at her home on Sixth street at 8 o'clock Thursday evening, death resulting from old age. Deceased was eighty-five years old and for some time had been carefully cared for by her neice, Mrs. George Wilkeson. The husband, who was one of the enterprising business men of Lyons, died about six years ago. The funeral arrangements had not been announced last evening.
