Diana G. Snyder, 60, of Clinton, IA, formerly of Erie, IL, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Eagle Point Health Care Center in Clinton. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 10th at the Church of the Open Door, 816 13th Avenue N., Clinton, IA. Gibson Bode Funeral Home, Erie is responsible for arrangements.
Diana Glen Snyder was born October 8, 1956 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Donald and Greta (Magnuson) Snyder. She grew up in Erie and worked a variety of jobs in her earlier years. She was a member of the Church of the Open Door in Clinton. Diana had a great amount of love for her family, her church and her loyal dog, Thunder. She was very patriotic, wearing the red, white and blue proudly. She was a big Elvis fan and also enjoyed crocheting, knitting and cooking.
She is survived by her father, Donald of Erie; daughter, Rose Mussman, Sterling; son, Timothy Mussman, Clinton; siblings, Mark Snyder, Erie, Dan (Jill) Snyder, Colona, Pam (Todd) Wirth, Erie, Tom (Tracy) Snyder, Hardin, MT, Sarah (Bob) Wiler, Mexico, MO; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Greta, and nephew, Nathan Snyder.
