David Lee Bush, 69, of Springfield, TN passed away at home January 31, 2017 shortly after a diagnosis of metastatic choroidal melanoma. Dave was born June 8, 1947 in Morrison, IL to Roland and Norma (Huizenga) Bush. He was a 1965 graduate of Erie High School and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He owned Bush Industrial Tire for many years in Nashville, TN. He and his wife, Pat, "retired" to their farm in Springfield, TN where he enjoyed his cow/calf herd. He was a devoted member of Memorial Boulevard Church of Christ in Springfield where he was very active.

Surviving are his wife, Pat, of Springfield, TN; daughter, Amy (Jerry) Jones and grandsons, Taylor and Reese of Jasper, GA; brothers and sisters: Richard Bush of Bethalto, IL, Diane (Wesley) Temple of Princeton, IL, Doug (Nancy) Bush of Fulton, IL, Deb (Larry "Bim") McGinnis of Thomson, IL and Drew (Karmin) Bush of Chadwick, IL; many nephews and nieces.

Dave was preceded in death by his son, Michael David Bush; parents, Roland and Norma Bush; and sister-in-law, Pamela Bush.
