The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, June 8, 1883

Mr. Thomas Leedham, Jr. while driving some cattle Monday, was thrown from his horse and sustained severe injuries. He was taken at once to his home, where he died from the effects Wednesday night. Mr. Leedham has many warn friends in this city and Lyons who will greatly miss his genial presence and deeply mourn his departure. He was a member of Ivanhoe Lodge, K. of P., Lyons, and was recognized by his brethren as a true and valiant knight and a genial companion. The funeral will occur at 1 o’clock Sunday from his late residence, unless otherwise announced.
