The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, January 17, 1879

MOREY-In Clinton, Dec. 20th, 1878 of membranous croup, Clarence Edwin, only son of W. B. and S. H. Morey, aged 5 years and 5 months.

They sweetly rest in Jesus’ arms,
Their precious dust he’ll keep,
Until the resurrection morn,
He gives his loved one sleep.
