Word was received in this city yesterday of the death of Mrs. Ella Gallagher of Clinton, which occurred at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Gallagher’s maiden name was Walsh, and she was a sister of J. W. Walsh of this city. Her husband, J. A. Gallagher of Clinton, is a prominent real estate and insurance man of that city. Mrs. Gallagher’s death is as sad as it is untimely. She was a graduate of the Clinton high school and for several years a teacher in the Clinton schools.

She is survived by her husband and one young son. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Walsh are living in Clinton. Her brothers and sisters are Mrs. Charles Maher of this city, E. C. Walsh, Sadie, Mark, J. W., Alfred, Eugene and Clara of Clinton, and C. H. Walsh of Burlington.
