Judith "Judy" A. Paasch, 71, of Camanche passed away, Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics - Iowa City.

A Celebration of Life will be from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting her obituary at www.snellzornig.com.

Judith Ann Yedinak was born October 12, 1945 in Streator, Illinois, the daughter of Leo and Mildred (Hoffner) Yedinak. She was a 1963 graduate of Streator High School. She married Richard Leon Paasch on November 5, 1977 in Streator, Illinois; they recently celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary.

Judy worked as a teacher's aide and bus driver for the Camanche School district for 32 years; retiring in 2013. She loved going to work every day and truly loved spending time with the children. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles. She was a women that loved to have a good time and loved to see other people happy. She loved to laugh and would be in tears when Jake did his impression of her. She was always ready to go do fun adventurous things. She loved her daytime "stories' and was even able to get Richard hooked on them after she retired.

She is survived by her husband Richard of Camanche; three sons: Edward (Lachelle) Shaw of McKinney, Texas, Mike (Mindy) Shaw of Camanche and Anthony (Ronald) Paasch of Plattsmouth, Nebraska; five step-children: Regina (Gary) Paasch-Meyer of Dixon, Iowa, Rebecca (Robert) Harding of Delmar, Iowa, Richard (Gloria) Paasch, Jr. of Sioux City, Iowa, Jacqueline (Pat) Keller of Omaha, Nebraska and Mike (Karen) Paasch of Omaha, Nebraska; 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; two brothers: Ronald Yedinak and Eugene Yedinak; two sister: Betty Lou McGinnis and Shirley Davis; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Camanche School District.
