Christopher William Foster, 16, of Clinton, Iowa passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals after a valiant battle with cancer on Monday, November 2, 2015. A Funeral Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel (2610 Manufacturing Drive). A visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel. Burial will take place at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Homes is assisting the family with arrangements.
Chris was born March 11, 1999 in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Krista (Nelson) Wilson and Trevor Foster. Chris was a Junior at Clinton High School.
Chris loved to draw, watching/playing basketball and baseball, playing with his Lego's, watching his Disney Movies, playing video games and playing cards. As a young man he enjoyed the things young boys enjoy doing - simply loving life, a life that ended much too soon. He will be sadly missed by his family and all those who knew him.
Christopher is survived by his parents Krista and Larry Wilson of Clinton, IA and Trevor Foster of Muscatine, IA; two brothers - Jordan and Brayden at home; two sisters - Deja and Lexi at home; Grandparents - Bill and Kathy Musgrove of Clinton, IA, Larry and Nancy Meincke of New Boston, IL, Leroy and Chris McChesney of Tipton, IA, Pat and Kelly Foster of Wilton, IA, with many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends - including his special friend Jocey Clausen.
Preceding Christopher in death was his Aunt - Deb Nelson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made can be directed to the family to help pay for expenses.
