The Clinton Herald Wednesday April 28, 1982 p. 15 Jacqueline N. Armstrong, 66, of 1229 Woodlawn Ave., died Tuesday in her home. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday in First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Leslie Prichard officiatiing. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in nell-Zorning Funeral Home, Clinton. Pallbearers will be Walter Bell, Edward Carey, Franklin Stolp, Everett Eslinger, Lawrence Subcliff and Jim Peters.
Miss Armstrong was born Nov. 2, 1915, in New York
City, to Charles and Edith Curtis Armstrong. She attended House of the Pines College in
Massachusetts and Goodman Theater in Chicago. She owned and operated Knollwood Acres Pony Farm, north of Clinton and was president of the Armstrong-Curtis Foundation. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Jane Lamb Hospital Agitha Auxiliary and was active in many community organizations. Survivors include cousins.
