Clifford L. Holle, 89, of Clinton, Iowa passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Mercy Living Center South in Clinton. Services will be held at 10:30am Wednesday, May 28th at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will be held from 4-7pm Tuesday, May 27th at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery.

Clifford was born September 6, 1924 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Harold G. and Ruby (Howson) Holle. He was a 1943 graduate of Clinton High School.

He was employed at Burpee Seed Company in the order filling department for 35 years.

Clifford was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Past Noble Grand of American Lodge IOOF, and the Moose Lodge. He was also a 3 year member of Clinton High School Band.

Survivors include his cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Evelyn Swanson, and brother-in-law, Jim Swanson.
