Joyce E. Koehler age 81 of Clinton, died Thursday Jan 30, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be held at the same time as her husband at 10:30 AM Saturday Feb. 1st at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday 4 – 7 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Waylon and Bruce Koehler, Jarrod Reuter, Hunter Villigran, James Vroegh, Mike Hundt, and Dave Espey. Joyce was born on Jan. 23, 1933 in LaCrosse, WI, the daughter of Irvin and Aude (Giese) Hundt. She married Bernie Koehler on April 15, 1950 in Winona, MN, he died recently on Jan. 25, 2014. She worked at A.C. Nielsen in Clinton for 29 years, retiring in 1987. She and her husband owned and operated Canyon Creek Golf Course for over 27 years. Joyce enjoyed squirrel hunting, fishing, golfing, playing cards, and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Joyce is survived by her three children, Sharon Koehler of Clinton, Larry Koehler of Deerfield Beach, FL, and Everett Koehler of Clinton; five grandchildren, Heather, Jessie, Danielle, Jarrod, and Waylon; nine great grandchildren, Autumn, Breanna, Hunter, Taylor, Callie, Aubry, Ty, Carson, and Julian; and a brother, Dale Hundt of Madison, WI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bernie, a son, Gary, granddaughter, Andrea, and a sister, Shirley.
