Debra S. Werner, 60, of Clinton, died Sunday, April 14, 2013 at her home, Clinton.
Services will be 12:00pm, Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Visitation will be from 10:30am to the service time Thursday at the funeral home. Following the services the body will be cremated. Burial will be in the Big Rock Cemetery in Wheatland.
Debra Sue Dreher was born on December 12, 1952 in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of Edward and Mary JoAnn (White) Dreher. She married Randy R. Werner on March 13, 1980 in Davenport; he died January 3, 2010. She received her GED and attended Hamilton Technical College.
She was employed with Stampede Products in Camanche before battling cancer. She was also a paper carrier with the Quad City Times and the Clinton Herald.
She enjoyed quilting, puzzles, camping and working in the yard.
She is survived by a son: Danny (Tammy Jean) Tramel of Clinton; four grandchildren, and one great-grandson; four sisters: Linda (Paul) Gaskey of Missouri, Vickie (Earl) Miller of Clinton, Cindy Dreher of Iowa City, and Molly (Virgil) O’Hara of Missouri, two brothers: Darren Dreher of Clinton and Mark Dreher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
