Clinton Herald Saturday August 24, 1991 p. 16 The funeral will be 10:30 a.mj. Monday in Grace Episcopal Church for William K. Disbrow, 80, 2113 N. 2nd St., who died Friday at Samaritan North. The Rev. John I. Kilby will officiate. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Walbridge, Melvin Kramer, Robert Leedham, William Walker and William C. Baker. Mr. Disbrow was born July 27, 1911, in Clinton, to William B. and Ethel Chenoweth Disbrow. He had been a private chauffeur, and was employed at the Lyon's Branch of the Clinton Public Library. He was a 1929 graduate of Lyons High School and attended the University of Iowa. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the military police, with two years of foreign service. He was a lifetime member of Grace Episcopal Church. Survivors include two sisters, Grace and Mary Disbrow, both of Clinton. He was preceded in death by an infant brother. Date of death: Aug. 23, 1991.
