Rosemarie Napierkowski, 60, of Clinton, died Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus, Davenport.

The family will greet friends Friday, January 11, 2013 from 3:00-7:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Following the visitation the body will be cremated.
Rosemarie Chavez was born on January 4, 1953 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John and Mary (Whelan) Chavez. She was a 1970 graduate of Wells High School.

She married Theodore Napierkowski in September 1970; he died in 1986. She later married Michael Miotk he died in 2001.

Rosemarie is survived by two daughters: Leona (Sam) Camacho of Clinton and Danelle Napierkowski of Clinton; one son: Theodore Napierkowski of Clinton; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; five brothers: Alex (Linda) Tolemy of Oregon, Joe (Sherry) Chavez of Chicago, Robert (Linda) Chavez of Chicago, Paul (Joan) Chavez of St. Paul, Minnesota, and David (Julia) Chavez of Des Moines,Iowa; three sisters: Patricia (Wayne) Przybylski of St. Paul, Minnesota, Alice Chavez of South Dakota, and Elizabeth (Larry) Griffin of Elmhurst, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers: Patrick and John.
