OLD RESIDENT PASSES AWAY

Mrs. John Hinebrook Passes Away Yesterday Afternoon About 4 O'clock at her Residence on Thirteenth Ave.

After a short illness, Mrs. John Hinebrook, residing at 318 thirtenth avenue, passed away yesterday afternnon shortly before four o'clock. The trouble which caused death of Mrs. Hinebrook was of the heart.
Plina Radke was born in Germany October 31, 1848. When but a baby of a couple years of age, she was brought by her parents to this country. They first settled in New York state. Here Miss Radke married in 1866 to John Hinebrook. They moved to the state of Wisconsin, and later to Dubuque, where they lived a short time. In *1881, the family moved to Clinton. In June of 1901, Mr. Hinebrook passed away.
Mrs. Hinebrook was known to a large circle of Clinton friends as a woman of kindly, Christian disposition, willing at all times in works of charity and kindness. She was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal Church, and was a tireless worker in the ranks of Methodism.
To mourn the deceased are four sons, Theodore, Albert, and Henry of Clinton, and *Charles of Cedar Rapids, and three daughters, Mrs. Tillie Day and Mrs. Lizzie B. Moore of Chicago, and miss Ida of this city.
Funeral arrangements have not been definately made, awaiting information regarding relatives out of the city. Announcement will be made later of the services.
