Edward P. Kaczinski age 104 passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Alverno Health Care Facility. A Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Prince of Peace Parish. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the Pape Funeral Home. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Casket bearers will be his grandsons.

Edward was born in Clinton on March 5, 1908, the son of Mathias (Matt) and Mary Schrieber Kaczinski. He married Dorothy Schroeder on February 19, 1935 in Clinton. Dorothy passed away on April 18, 2008. Edward farmed in Clinton County. He was a member of Prince of Peace Parish. He was a good listener who enjoyed spending time with his family, playing cards and fishing.

Edward is survived by three daughters, Gladys Wagemester, Phyllis (Orville) Krogman, and Gloria (Michael) Clemence all of Clinton; 17 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 2 great-great-granddaughters and a sister, Agnes Pinter of Wheatland. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a son, Eugene in 1996, a granddaughter, Christy Roth, one brother and five sisters. Online condolences may be left at www.papefh.com
