Jill R. Howard, 52, of Clinton, died Thursday, May 3, 2012 at her home in Clinton surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the Greater True Love Baptist Church – Clinton. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00-7:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Following the services the body will be cremated.

Jill Renae Martin was born on April 22, 1960 in Clinton, Iowa the daughter of Norma Lindsey and David Martin. She was a 1978 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Wallace Howard on August 8, 2009 in Clinton.

Jill enjoyed sewing, reading, and dancing.

Jill is survived by her husband: Wallace of Clinton; two daughters: Natalie Green and her fiancé Christopher Mooney of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Melissa Green of Grand Rapids, Michigan; step-daughter: Nicole Lyon of Indianapolis, Indiana; her mother: Norma Lindsey of Clinton; her father: David Martin of Clinton; her brother: Alan Martin of Clinton; and her aunt: Joyce Martin of Clinton; her beloved puppy Nemo and half-brothers and sisters, and many aunts uncles, and cousins.

Jill was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents

Memorials can be made of the Hope Lodge at the University of Iowa.
