Karen K. Fox, age 66, of Wheatland, Iowa, died in her home on May 6, 2011. Karen was born January 31, 1945, in Davenport, Iowa to Donald Warren and Alice (Kleppe) Warren. Karen married Donavon Fox on October 5, 1968 at St. Paul's Church in Wheatland.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at Chapman Funeral Home in Wheatland, Iowa, with Pastor Lynn Butterbrodt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul's Cemetery in Wheatland. Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm on Monday, May 9, at Chapman Funeral Home.

Karen was a member of the Legion Auxiliary. She loved baking, her garden, flowers and her pets. She enjoyed doing ceramics in the past.

She is survived by her husband Donavon; son David (Peggy) of Redfield, IA; and brothers Terry Warren of Shawnee, KS, and Gene (Wendy) Warren of Ames, IA.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Kelly.
