Harold LeRoy Keller, 98, of Clinton passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Eagle Point Nursing Facility.
Funeral services will be Monday, at Noon at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel, with Rev. Dennis Glew officiating.
Visitation will be Monday, from 10:30am to Noon at Lemke Funeral Homes, South Chapel.
Burial will follow in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Harold was born April 27, 1912, in Elmore, MN to Albert and Maude (Walker) Keller.
Harold was employed as an Engineer for the Clinton Northwestern Railroad for 32 years. He married Virginia Burnette Vervais in 1937 and she passed away in 1978.
Harold enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and his bowling league.
All pallbearers and honory pallbearers will be grandchildren. Pallbearers will be: Jack Eversoll, John Fuglsang, Greg Johnson, David Keller, Shad Widener and Ronnie Kowzic. Honary Pallbearers will be: James Johnson, Josh Johnson, Johnny Lynch, and Mike Berry.
Survivors include 7 daughters, Marlo Fuglsang, Clinton; Jacqueline (Donald) Eversoll, Camanche; Nancy (Dale) Holesinger, Camanche; Virginia (William) Johnson, Clinton; Susan (Ron) Kowzic, Clinton, and Marjorie (David) Widener of Clinton; 28 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren, and 14 great-great grandchildren.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers, 4 sisters, 1 son, Harold LeRoy Keller Jr; 1 daughter, Shirley Duran and 3 grandsons.
