3/7/1922 - 4/22/2010Clinton, Iowa - Mary E. Jepsen age 88 of Clinton, died Thursday April 22, 2010 at Mercy Living Center North in Clinton. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:00 pm at the Pape Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday 12:30 pm until the service hour at the funeral home. Burial will be at Clinton Lawn Cemetery.
Mary was born on March 7, 1922 in Clinton, the daughter of Vern and Minnie Bell (Ramsey) Houser. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1940. She married Deane Jepsen on Sept. 21, 1940. She was a homemaker and devoted mother, grandmother, and cared for all children. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witness in Clinton.
Mary is survived by her four children, Karen (Gary) Miller of Clinton, Darrell Jepsen of Clinton, Dan (Barb) Jepsen of Port Byron, IL, and Sally (Boyd) McFarren of Fulton; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; and a sister, Carolyn (Edward) Dunmore of Clinton.
