Lifestyle EditorMount Carroll, Ill. — Jo Ann Wubben, 70, of rural Mount Carroll, died Thursday at Freeport Health Network Hospital, Freeport, Ill.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Frank-Law-Jones Funeral Home, Mount Carroll. Burial will take place in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll. Visitation was held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. today prior to the service at the funeral home.
