CAMANCHE — Robert B. (Bud) Gripton, 75, of Camanche, formerly of Capac, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2010, at his home.

A private memorial gathering will be held at Robert’s house, 615 7th Avenue, Camanche, on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. with a prayer at 4:00 p.m. Entombment of the cremains will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 19, 2010, at the Rock Island National Cemetery. The Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is assisting the family.

Memorial tributes may be made to the American Cancer Society.
