CLINTON — Mark A. Thomson, age 52, of Clinton, died Monday, March 22, 2010, at Mercy Living Center South in Clinton. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25th, at the Pape Funeral Home with funeral services to be held at 7:00 p.m. Private burial will be Friday at St. Irenaeus Calvary Cemetery. Casket bearers will be his brothers and nephews.

Mark was born in Clinton on March 25, 1957, the son of Ralph and Shirley Lamont Thomson. He graduated from Clinton High School. Mark worked in the distribution department at Mercy Medical Systems for 32 years. He was a member of the Catholic faith and was active with the Clinton Humane Society.

Mark is survived by his mother, Shirley Thomson of Clinton; three brothers, Jim, Greg and Paul; three sisters, Janet, Barbara and Donna; and 14 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.
