CLINTON — EUREKA, Calif. — Nancy Lynn Fordyce, 67, passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Eureka, California, on February 28, 2010, after a long battle with C.O.P.D. She was born January 26, 1943, in Savanna, Illinois, to Robert A. Edwards and Mary A. (Foltz) Edwards.

Nancy had been a resident of Humboldt County, California, for several years.

She is survived by her four children, sons Scott (Sherry) Seelye, Steven (Shawn) Seelye and Mark (Donna) Seelye and daughter Ginger Lobb. She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, Miranda, Madison, Payton, Jacob, McKenna, Sydnie, Samantha, Seth, Tiffany, Kassie, Brandon, Hunter and Cara.

She is also survived by 2 brothers, John (LuAnn) Larson and Richard (Jill) Rich and 2 sisters, Ginger (Stuart) Garringer and Jill Larson and stepmother Velma Edwards and stepfather Thomas Rich.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Brad Edwards and Dale Fowler.
