Grace Sorensen 08/12/2002 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Grace H. Sorensen, Clinton, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig-Dennis A. Lemke Funeral Homes and Crematory. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is one hour before services at the funeral home. She died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2002, at Alverno Nursing Home, Clinton. She was a registered nurse at Mercy Hospital, Clinton, retiring in 1955. Grace H. Ashpole was born May 31, 1916, in Thomson, Ill. She married Harold Sorensen in 1939 in Davenport. He preceded her in death. Survivors include sisters, Hazel Fehler, Thomson and Evelyn Gray, Thomson; and a brother, Robert Ashpole, Edwardsville.
