Vineda Jeane Kammerer Eberhart
(December 14, 1928 - August 3, 2005)

Vineda J. "Tootie" Eberhart, 76, died Wednesday, August 03, 2005 at Genesis Medical Center, DeWitt.

Mrs. Eberhart, the former Vineda Kammerer was born December 14, 1928 in Grand Mound, Iowa, the daughter of Henry and Martha (Mumm) Kammerer. Vineda married William Eberhart June 7, 1947 in Clinton. He died August 15, 1999.

Vineda loved to camp, crochet, and attend the Old Threshers Reunion in Mt. Pleasant. She was a loyal Cubs and Iowa Hawkeye Basketball fan. She enjoyed her grandchildren's activities and their school events. In her earlier years she liked going to stock car races.

Surviving are two daughters, Donna Eberhart and LuAnn Johnson both of Delmar; four sons, David Eberhart, Delmar, Dan (Catherine) Eberhart, DeWitt; Daryl (Lou Ann) Eberhart, Delmar and Robert (Jacalyn) Eberhart, DeSoto, Missouri; seventeen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one brother, Virtus (Darlene) Kammerer, Camanche and a brother-in-law, Eugene Paulsen, Spanaway, Washington.

In addition to her husband, Tootie was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Verna Paulsen and Virginia Block.

Service of Christian Burial will be 10:30 A. M. on Saturday, August 6, 2005 at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt. Family and friends may visit at Schultz Funeral Home, DeWitt from 3:00 until 8:00 on Friday.

Pallbearers will be grandsons and granddaughters will be honorary pallbearers.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Delmar.
