CLINTON — David Miller Hyde, 73, of Clinton, IA, passed away May 25, 2009, at his home. Visitation will be Friday, May 29th, 2009, from 1 - 3 p.m. at the Lemke Funeral Home, South Chapel. Funeral services will be Friday, May 29th, 2009, at 3 p.m. at the Lemke Funeral Home, South Chapel.David Miller Hyde was born on April 18, 1936, in Clinton, IA, to Donald and Kathryn (Gordon) Hyde. He graduated from St. Mary's High School. He retired from Air Vent. He served in the Marines from 1953 - 1955.He is survived by his 3 daughters, Shelly (Randy) Brewer of Clinton, Deb Andrews of Clinton and Cindy (Nick) Holt of Clinton; 4 sons, David Hyde, Indiana, Dennis Andrews, Clinton, Kevin (Danea) Andrews of Davenport, Danny (Lori) Jones of Clinton; 2 sisters, Carole Lueders of Clinton, Donna Jean Roth of Davenport; his good friend and fishing buddy, Gloria Andrews; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Mr. Hyde was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, 4 sons, 1 nephew and 1 grandson. Pallbearers will be Jason Lohse, Paul Schmidt, Gary Lueders, Kevin Lueders, Dennis Andrews and Kevin Andrews. Honorary pallbearer will be Paul Zabransky. Memorials can be made to the family.Death date: May 25, 2009
