Helen Brown 05/11/2002 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Helen M. Brown, Clinton, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig-Dennis A. Lemke Funeral Homes and Crematory. The body will be cremated. Visitation is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Brown died Thursday, May 9, 2002, at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus, Clinton. She was a self-employed businesswomen operating out of her home. Helen Kupfer was born Feb. 8, 1935, in Savanna, Ill. She married James Brown in 1953 in Camanche. Memorials may be made to Clinton County Chapter of the American Cancer Society. Survivors include her husband, James; daughters, Roxanne McGatha and Lorrie Bruggenwirth, and James Jr., Kevin and Eric, all of Clinton; 16 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Patsy Hink, Tampa, Fla.; and brother, Wayne Holy, Clinton.
