Elizabeth Bailey 05/11/2001 CLINTON, Iowa -- Services for Elizabeth Catherine Bailey, Clinton, will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Clinton. Visitation is 9 a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Clinton. Elizabeth died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at CGH Medical Center, Sterling, Ill. Clinton Chapel of Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Elizabeth Catherine Sino was born Oct. 3, 1914, in Clinton, to Henry Andrew and Theresa Margaret (Norton) Sino. She married James L. Bailey on June 17, 1941, in Clinton. They owned and operated Clinton Radio & TV from 1941 to 1986. He died Sept. 8, 1986. She graduated in 1931 from Lyons High School and from Mount St. Clare College in 1934 with a liberal arts degree. She was a member of Prince of Peace St. Irenaeus Parish and Fatima Society of the church and was a former member of Clinton Country Club. Memorials may be made to Sister Adorers of the Precious Blood, London, Ontario, Canada, or St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sterling, Ill. Survivors include a son, Richard, and his wife, Sharley Bailey, Sterling, Ill.; grandsons, Patrick, and his wife, Jennifer Bailey, Valparaiso, Ind., Michael, and his wife, Karen Bailey, Mount Prospect, Ill., and Kevin Bailey, Elgin, Ill.; and a great-granddaughter, Ashley Bailey, Valparaiso, Ind.
