Eleanor Beil 05/15/2002 CLINTON, Iowa -- Eleanor L. Beil, Dubuque, formerly of Clinton, died Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Dubuque. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Visitation is one hour before the service. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Clinton. Eleanor Meyer was born Sept. 5, 1902, in Lyons. She married Forrest Beil in 1929 in Clinton. He died in 1992. As a young lady, she worked several years as a legal secretary in Clinton. Survivors include a daughter, Elaine Weick, Dubuque; son, Richard A., Algonquin, Ill.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
