Kathrine Reed 08/28/1999 CLINTON, Iowa -- Kathrine L. Reed, of 128 Fayette St., died Friday, Aug. 27, 1999, at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus, Clinton. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at Pape Funeral Home, Clinton. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery, Clinton. Visitation is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Reed was employed at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and earlier worked at Dairy Pak, Burpee Seed Co. and Clinton Garment Factory. Kathrine Peters was born Feb. 2, 1941, in Clinton. She married William Reed Sr. in 1969 in Clinton. He died in 1984. Survivors include a daughter, Kay Lawrence, Clinton; sons, John Peters, Cedar Rapids, and Richard and Timothy Peters and Robert Reed, all of Clinton; five grandchildren; her mother, Helen Baugher, Clinton; sisters, Eleanora Lewis, Clinton, and Dorothy Harms, Spencer; and a special friend, Donald Busch, with whom she had her home for the past 10 years.
