ELIZABETH, Ill. — Robert “Bob” Oscar Kehl, 76, of Mesa, Ariz., and formerly of Elizabeth, died Thursday at the Phoenix V.A. Healthcare System. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Elizabeth, with Father Noel Jacob officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Elizabeth, with military rites accorded by the Hanover Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5300. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday prior to the funeral Mass at Law-Jones Funeral Home, Elizabeth. Death date: Oct. 23, 2008
