SPRAGUVILLE — Kay R. Hoffmann, 40, of Spragueville, died Wednesday at the Finley Hospital in Dubuque. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Miller-Law-Jones Funeral Home in Preston. Private services will be held on Monday. Burial will follow in the Buckhorn Cemetery, rural Maquoketa. Memorials may be directed to the Camp Hertko Hollow in Boone, Iowa. Death date: October 1, 2008#
