CLINTON — Vernon L. Craig, 56, passed away at Mercy Medical Center - North Campus Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Visitation will be held Monday, September 8, 2008 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel, 2610 Manufacturing Drive. Vernon Lee Craig was born July 1, 1952, in Charleston, IL, to James and Paulette (Parker) Craig. Vernon was a member of the Eagle’s Club. Vernon is survived by his mother, Paulette Hilton of St. Petersburg, FL; daughters, Jody (Gary) Duncan of St. Petersburg, FL, Jill Craig of St. Petersburg, FL, Amanda (Roy) Easley of Clinton and Linda Craig of Clinton; son, Jason Craig of St. Petersburg, FL; 16 grandchildren, sister, Linda (Rich) Lacy of Live Oak, FL and brother, Butch Craig of St. Petersburg, FL.
