SYCAMORE, Ill. — Craig Allen Qualls, 46, of Sycamore, died suddenly Friday, Aug. 29, 2008.He was born June 18, 1962, in Chicago. He attended St. Francis de Sales in Chicago and Clinton High School, Clinton, IA, graduating in 1981. He graduated from Western Illinois University in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in Science and New Tribes Mission training in 2001. Craig enjoyed working in the science field. He married Andrea Proulx on July 20, 1991.He is survived by his wife, Andrea Qualls; his 4 children, Connor, Kalen, Murron and Aelis Qualls; his father and wife, Lonnie and Barbara Qualls of Crown Point, IN; his mother and husband, Marilyn and Dan Gibson of Cordova, IL; 3 sisters, Bobbi Hansen and Melissa Foster, both of Clinton, IA, and Bridget Eyrich of Mt. Carroll; his grandmother, Estelle Mucenski; 3 nieces and 2 nephews.His memorial service will be on Thursday, Sept. 4, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Sycamore, with the Rev. Steve Persson officiating. A memorial visitation will be on Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory in Sycamore.Death date: Aug. 29, 2008
