MAQUOKETA — Jerry Alan Andresen, 40, of Maquoketa, died Saturday at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus, in Davenport. A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church in Maquoketa. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, rural Maquoketa. The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa.Death date: Aug. 16, 2008
