CLINTON — James R. Hill, 59, Clinton, died Wednesday afternoon at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Davenport.He was born August 8, 1949 in Clinton, to Edward and Eulah (Nolan) Hill.Jim worked as a security guard much of his life. He enjoyed dancing and music.Surviving are his sister, Cindy Peter, Clinton; nieces, Mickey Bailey and Tracy Comstock, Clinton; great-nieces, Caerlie Hailey and Natalee and great-nephews, Nicholas and Nathan.Jim was preceded in death by his parents.Visitation will be held from 9 until 10:45 a.m. Monday at Lemke Funeral Homes-North Chapel, Clinton. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy Hilgendorf officiating.
