BRADENTON, Fla. — Calvin L. Milder, 49, of Bradenton, passed away August 6, 2008. He was born in Clinton, Iowa and came to Bradenton from Kimball, Nebraska in 1998. He was a security guard and a member of Good Shepherd Church of the Brethren. He was preceded in death by his son Cody and his parents, Robert and Jacklyn Milder. He was married to Kirsten (Long) Milder on August 29,1987 and is survived by her and daughters, Tanya, Keri, and Jennifer Milder all of Bradenton; brother, Martin Milder and sister Deborah Weller both of Camanche, Iowa; Aunt Barbara Greathouse and cousins William and Mark Greathouse, all of Holiday, FL; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins in the Midwest. A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 14, 2008, at 11:00 A.M. at Good Shepherd Church of the Brethren 6323 13th St. Ct. E. in Bradenton. Shannon Funeral Home, Town Chapel, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to All Children’s Pediatric Neurology Dept. or the American Red Cross.
