Mount Carroll, Ill. F. Virginia Fritz F. Virginia Fritz, 88, of Mount Carroll, died Friday at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Mount Carroll. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Frank-Law-Jones Funeral Home in Mount Carroll, with the Rev. Mark Harkness of the United Methodist Church, Mount Carroll, officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to the service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Mount Carroll.
