BELLEVUE — Thomas J. Sieverding, 67, of Bellevue, died Wednesday at his home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellevue. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the church where there will be a wake service at 2:30 p.m. Leonard Funeral Home and Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road, Dubuque, IA is in charge of arrangements. Death date: July 9, 2008
