MOUNT CARROLL, Ill. — Mary Jean Richter, 75, of Mount Carroll, died Monday at Coventry Village, Sterling, Ill. Cremation rites will be accorded. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll. Law-Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Death date: July 7, 2008
