MAQUOKETA — Mildred Grace Toll, 98, of Maquoketa, died Monday at Crestridge Nursing Home in Maquoketa. A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church in Maquoketa. A natural farewell has taken place. Carson and Son Funeral and Cremation Services in Maquoketa is in charge of the arrangements. Death date: June 30, 2008
